About Blue Lakes International School Knowledge for Wisdom and Hands On Work Blue Lakes International School is a state-of-the-art, modern mixed boarding secondary school committed to providing an all-round education curriculum to the young generation of Rwanda and the region. National Program Full Boarding. Fees vary by program (National, Cambridge, BTEC). Annual fees calculated from 3 terms. Cambridge Program O'Level: 2670000 RWF, A'Level: 2804000 RWF. BTEC Program: 3340000 RWF (all students). International students quoted separately in USD. Registration fees: National 80000 RWF, Cambridge/BTEC/International 100000 RWF or 100 USD.
