About the school
King’s is one of England’s great independent schools, with a history stretching back for more than five centuries and a reputation for delivering outstanding education. We welcome boys and girls aged 3-18 into our dynamic, stimulating and happy co-educational learning environment. A former King’s pupil credited with uncovering reasons for mass species extinctions hundreds of millions of years ago has been awarded the Polar Medal, joining the ranks of famed explorers Sir Ernest Shackleton and Sir Edmund Hillary who are previous recipients of the medal.
